In collaboration with DeAnna Miller, John's focus is tax planning, developing forward-thinking strategies to minimize clients' tax burdens. He builds personalized portfolios aligned with clients' risk tolerance and cash flow needs.

John attended the University of Wisconsin and holds the professional designation Certified Fund Specialist. He is an Investment Advisor Representative with Osaic Wealth, Inc.

CFP® Certification

The CFP® (Certified Financial Planner®) designation is the gold standard for financial advisors. It signifies that a professional has met rigorous education, examination, experience, and ethical requirements, and is legally bound to act as a fiduciary - meaning they must put your best interests first.

The designation recognizes a financial professional that takes a holistic, personalized approach to bring all the pieces of your financial life together. Currently offered and recognized by the issuing organization, Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Inc. Prerequiste requires candidates must have three years of full-time personal financial planning experience or the equivalent part-time experience (2,000 hours equals one year full-time). Designation training requirements include completion of a CFP Board-registered program and completed proctored final exam. Continued education requirement is 30 hours every two years. 

CFS® Certification

The designation recognizes a financial professional who specializes in the core concepts of funds, ETFs, and REITs with a working knowledge of advanced fund analysis and selection. Currently offered and recognized by the issuing organization, Institute of Business & Finance. Prerequisite candidate must have a bachelor's degree or one year of financial services work experience. Designation training requirements self-study course, including a written case study and completion of online, proctored, closed-book exams. Continuing Education requirement is 30 hours every two years.
